Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you place an order, Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. We receive your name, email, and shipping address to fulfill your order. We do not store your card details.

When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address only.

How we use it

• To fulfill and ship your order
• To send you an order confirmation and shipping notification
• To notify you of Chapter 002 and future drops before public release

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MotivaShirt never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Email list

If you signed up for early access, you'll only hear from us when a new chapter drops. To unsubscribe, reply "unsubscribe" to any email or contact us at hello [at] motivashirt.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses localStorage to store your cart contents, your cookie choice, and — only if you accept — an analytics session ID. There are no third-party ad pixels and no advertising trackers of any kind.

If you press Accept on the cookie banner, we record first-party analytics so we can see which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. Specifically:

• A random session ID stored on your device, which identifies the visit and nothing else. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is never linked to your name, email or order.
• The pages you open, their titles, and how long each was on screen.
• The website that referred you — the domain only, never the full address — plus any campaign tags in the link.
• Your country, and whether you are on mobile or desktop.

We do not store your IP address, and we do not use this data to build a profile of you, sell it, or share it for marketing.

If you press Deny, none of the above is collected. No session ID is created and no analytics request is made at all. Your choice is remembered on your device, so you are only asked once. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
